As soon as you have booked your design apartment at MYALPS ÖTZTAL, you will receive a welcome letter that contains a link. It allows you to check in comfortably and easily from home - for yourself and your family, friends or loved ones. No more waiting at the reception and even more time for mountains, nature and sporting performances. If you want to arrive without ruffle or excitement after your hopefully panoramic journey, we strongly recommend our self check-in. We will be happy to answer your questions the next morning and provide you with all the information you need for your holiday in Tirol.
The apartment reception is open from 8.00 am to 7.00 pm. If you arrive later, you will find your key in a key box that we will prepare for you.
