As a guest in our houses in the PREMIUM APARTMENTS category (MYALPS Tirol in Oetz and MYALPS Ötztal in Umhausen) & LUXURY CHALETS (Chalet Cecilia in Obergurgl & Chalet White Pearl in Sölden) you will enjoy a summer premium upgrade and receive the Summer Card free of charge for the duration of your stay! This gives you the best chance for your mountain summer in the Ötztal.

The Summer Card is NOT included in the houses in the ALPINE APARTMENTS category! However, this can also be purchased at Ötztal Tourismus sales points. Further information about this here.

The deposit is 30% of the total amount and must be made by bank transfer or credit card within 3 days of booking.

• € 4.00 per person all year
• Overnight stays by young adults up to the end of the calendar year in which they turn 15 are not subject to the resort tax.

• 2-person apartments: € 70.00 once per stay
• 4-person apartments: € 130.00 once per stay
• 6-person apartments: € 200.00 once per stay

• Children aged 0 – 3 receive a 100% discount
• From 4 years onwards, we charge 50% of the regular price

• If you arrive earlier, you are welcome to temporarily store your luggage with us.
• Before your arrival we will send you an email with information about the key or your personal keycard.

• Check-out by 12.00 noon: € 20.00 / bed (subject to availability)
   

There is so much to discover in Ötztal. So that you can make the most of your departure day, we offer the opportunity of free late departure. Simply store your luggage with us or leave it in the car. Before you start your return trip, you can shower and change in some of our accommodations. Details are available upon request.

• Your furry best friend is allowed in all houses, with the exception of Chalet Cecilia, upon request and for an additional charge - always depending on availability.
• There is a cost of € 20.00 per night and pet.
• Please let us know when you book or, ideally, in advance.
• We would also like to point out that pets are not permitted on the couch or in bed.

For digital nomads and social media fans as well as all those who want to be online during their holiday, we offer free WiFi in each of our MYALPS Homes.

In each of our accommodations you will find a ski room where you can store all your sports equipment safely and without any worries. On the respective page you can find out how these rooms are equipped.

Fresh laundry is also just normal in our accommodation - our MYALPS guests have access to a washing machine and tumble dryer in all our apartment houses, with the exception of MYALPS Pure. We provide the necessary detergent. That's what we call perfect service for your (sports) clothing. Details on the washing & drying service can be found on the respective pages.

We also offer convenient and easy parking. You will find free parking spaces at each of our MYALPS Homes during your holiday in Ötztal. Some of them are even covered and under video surveillance or in comfortable underground car parks. You can find more details about parking options on the subpages of your favorite MYALPS Home.

Charge your e-bike or e-car quickly and easily while you explore the natural alpine variety outside. Currently, only MYALPS Tirol and MYALPS Ötztal are equipped with e-charging stations. Detailed information is available on site.
